what's pink, crunchy, pretty and healthy? You have to make these layered pink and healthy yogurt parfait for cute breakfast or as a healthy dessert! Pair it up with your favourite granola to bring it up to a whole new level! As for me, it's gonna be Granola Geeks granola for now! I fell in love with ALL their granola that is paired with WHITE CHOCOLATE! Especially the MATCHA & HOJICHA ones, and you already should know by now how OBSESSED I am with MATCHA! Yes gimme all that green antioxidants! This recipe first appeared on Instagram in partnership with Granola Geeks. I have always been a huge fan of granola, but store bought granola always seems to have high sugar content and also baked with refined sugar. So I usually bake my own granola with unrefined sugar and coconut oil! Until I found a few local granola brands and landed on the Granola Geeks! I have bought their granola before previously and I really like that they are crunchy and tasty! Then one day I jokingly told them before that if I ever start a blog of my own we could do a little project together, and here I am! Dreams do come true. Did someone say cooking workshop? And a blogger invitation Email?Oh. My. Gosh. 2 weeks ago I received an unusual email, with the title of Panasonic Blogger Get-Together Cooking Workshop Invitation! Invitation?!! Did I read it wrongly? I have never in the world have imagined me being at a blogger event! Like, I just share my food photos on Instagram, and now I'm here, writing a blog post about a blogger event?! HOW COOL IS THAT! I'm so glad I had the chance to be a part of this! My first ever invitation to an event, as a food blogger! I walked in Panasonic's Home2Com Solution Centre at Bangsar South, full of anticipation and excitement, then I was greet by friendly and warm faces, also a bouquet of beautiful flowers from Happy Bunch! this cubie oven though !This cute and compact oven took its name from the term 'cubical', which is designed for young and urban families to make quick and healthy meals! This oven is capable to steam, healthy fry, bake, roast, and also fermentation! It's able to fit a whole chicken and a 10 inch pizza. It is also very convenient, easy to operate and clean. Seems like my type of oven, with so much function in one, I have no excuses to not use this oven for pizza! I mean, healthy recipes of course. *coughs* The ingredients table set up was so on point! Beautifully organised and placed on the table, ready to be picked by us. Our beautiful chef of the day, Pei Ling was super enthusiastic and patient while teaching us the dishes we were making that day. Look how happy she is holding that gigantic mango that we're about to slice through for our first dish! Can you guess what we're making? chef at work yo.We were making Mango & Passion Fruit Crumble! It has a basic vanilla cake base, layered with mangoes and passion fruit, then topped with a layer of crumble! This was SO GOOD, the warm moist cake base soaked with juices from the fruits, and the combination of the sweet mango and sour passion fruit -- ON POINT! I'm so putting this combo into my next recipes! Just wait! All dishes were made in Le Creuset's colourful ceramic stoneware, they were absolutely cute, just look at the colours of these baby ramekins! We each got to bring them home with us, I've been wanting to get ramekins for the longest time and now my wish has been granted. Thanks to Panasonic & Le Creuset! Me and my mango crumble. Next up, Roasted Stuffed Chicken with Sundried Tomato Pesto & Root Vegetables! This was so easy to make, and you only bake it for 20 minutes. The chicken was crispy on the outside and still tender, juicy on the inside. I brought mine home for my boyfriend and he's totally digging it, and told me that I have to remake this dish again for him next time around! Friends who loves food are the best!It was such a fruitful day for me, my first ever blogger event, can you even believe it? I'm so blessed We even got to bring home a Panasonic Cubie oven, Le Creuset's stoneware & a bouquet of flowers from Happy Bunch! I foresee I'm going to have so much fun experimenting with this baby back at home! So stay tune! Meanwhile, You can also visit Panasonic's webpage - http://cooking.my.panasonic.com/ for more recipe ideas and cooking tips.
Till then, enjoy! xo CHOCOLATEY, NO SUGAR, VEGAN, healthy, NO BAKING REQUIRED! What?!POn days you wish you could just have a brownie without guilt, but too lazy to bake them, these comes in handy! This brownies fudge is actually made by accident, I was testing for a flourless brownie recipe, but it didn't baked like a cake up like how a brownie would. So I turned it into a fudge! Genius! Right? PRE-CUT LOOKS CRAZY.Also, this is 100% vegan, sugarless, flourless. The egg was replaced by this thing called AQUAFABA. Read with me, A-QUA-FA-BA. So, what's this aquafaba thing Bayle? It's the cooking liquid of beans, usually you can find them in canned beans after you drain them, or the thick liquid after cooking your beans/legumes. This thick liquid can use to replace egg whites in lots of recipes, this is because of the "unique mix of starches, proteins, and other soluble plant solids which have migrated from the seeds to the water during the cooking process gives aquafaba a wide spectrum of emulsifying, foaming, binding, gelatinizing and thickening properties" according to the Aquafaba site. So I've seen aquafaba mousse, aquafaba meringue, etc, so I whipped it up and wanted to make a brownie, I didn't add any nut flours/coconut or what not, it didn't bake up. SOBS. So I freezed it to make it as a brownie fudge, cause nothing goes to waste in my house yo. Right after I came home I took these babies out and sliced right in. It was SO GOOD, SO FUDGY, I DIDN'T STOP AT ONE PIECE. SHHHH. Those of you who watches my insta stories will know. 😂 Let's just get to the recipe now! ✨ 6 MINUTES NO BAKE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE FUDGE (VEgan, FLOURLESS, refined sugAr free)Serves : 12 pieces Prep Time : 10 minutes Freezing Time : 1 hour Ingredients :

Till then, enjoy! xo 🎉 It has been 3 weeks since I started my blog, the responses I have received is incredible and overwhelming! Thank you to every single one of you for the support always, you guys are the reason why I continue to share all my favourites with you! CHEESY, but it's vegan?!The recipe for today is a good one, super healthy, full of nutrients and lower in calories compared to real cheese dips, SUPER TASTY TOO! And all you need is a blender! No waiting or cooking required. How awesome is that?! Also, a bf approved recipe, he claims that this is the best thing I make other than my smoothies. He doesn't really like my dense healthy banana cakes 😂 I made these for a vegan meet up and also a non vegan one before! I went home with empty containers both times! *jackpot* it's really creamy, cheesy, and trust me you won't get enough of it! Tummy friendly for my bf too who is allergic to dairy and also those who are lactose intolerant! Enjoying cheese without the guilt 👍🏻 WIN WIN! This recipe requires a secret ingredient which is called NUTRITIONAL YEAST. Ever heard of that? It is yellow in color, nutritional yeast comes in flakes, granules or a powder-like form and is often found as a condiment due to its savory taste and health benefits. It has a nutty, cheesy flavor and is often used to emulate cheese in vegan dishes, thicken sauces and dressings, and act as an additional boost in nutrients because it’s filled with proteins and B vitamins! It is also antiviral, antibacterial immune booster! You can read more about it here! So let's get to the recipe right now! Vegan nacho chees dipServes : 6-8

Just imagine you having a bowl of gorgeous pink granola with warm milk, yum! It is also a healthy snack that is full of nutrients and whole grains... FIBER ! This recipe is adapted from Caitlin (From My Bowl's) Naturally Sweetened Peanut Butter Pitaya Granola. When I saw her post on instagram I knew I had to remake them because just so happen I have a pink pitaya sitting in my fridge. The pitaya's colour is so gourgeous and the pink is super saturated, also it's 100% natural! Which means 0 food colourings, chemicals or preservatives, you won't even need preservatives because it'll be gone in a week! I usually eat my granola on top of my smoothies, with plain milk, or just it eat alone for snack. Well, who doesn't like to snack?
